TryThisAnswer.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED
THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNTS (IF ANY) PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site,

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in
conduct that may harm us, the Site, or other users. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought before a court or tribunal having competent jurisdiction,
unless a different forum is required by mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

18) International Users

Accessing the Site from territories where its content or practices are illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

19) Severability; No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible,
and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

20) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly agreed by you and us in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
